Fantastic
The hotel is set high on a hilltop and has a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples, and the town of Sorrento below.

Fantastic
A beautiful hotel perched on the hillside with stunning views and a great pool. The hotel has a gentleness to it, serene despite a lot of bright colours. The staff were all helpful and there is a fabulous free shuttle bus every hour (almost) that you can get into the centre of Sorrento as a walk would be 45 minutes up steep hills. We used this every day to either go in for a wander or in the evening to go for dinner. We are already planning our next trip

10/10 stay, would rate the staff and hotel cleanliness higher than 5/5 if I could. This stay will be one that lives on in my memory forever given the dedication the staff put into making this hotel a truly phenomenal stay.

This is a great hotel. It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful view! The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are spotless. It’s a distance from the city center, but we had fabulous dinners overlooking the sea so there is no need to go into Sorrento for dinner.

Stayed with family

We really enjoyed talking to the staff. They were very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. The breakfasts and dinners were very good. The pool was great, we enjoyed the spa, and we used the bus to town multiple times. We also booked a day trip to Amalfi and Positano; we were picked up from the hotel and had a great day. All together, we were sad to leave! Great service during our stay; would highly recommend to guests.

Personnel aucunement serviable ni accueillant. Chaque demande semblait être un dérangement. Le service à la clientèle est inexistant et l’ambiance générale est froide et désagréable. C’est de loin l’un des pires hôtels où j’ai séjourné. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
