We want to compliment Quyen Tran for going above and beyond the call of duty. Our airport transfer cancelled 4 hours before pick up time and Quyen discussed available transportation options with us. Upon agreement, she reserved 2 taxis for us and ensure to walk us out to meet the drivers. She informed the drivers of our destination and exact terminal for drop off, waited for the taxis to depart to bow before returning to front desk. We love love the hotel and the staffs. The area is very quiet and safe, conveniently located at Shiomi station of JE train line. The room is bigger than other hotel chain in Tokyo. We will definitely stay here for our next visit to Japan. JE train line is a private railroad so this is an extra train line in addition to subway to most places in Tokyo.

This is a great hotel, especially for families planning to visit Disneyland/Disney Sea. It is conveniently located directly across Shiomi station and only 3 stops away from Tokyo Disney Resort while also being 3 stops away from Tokyo station. There is also a grocery store across the street and Family Mart located in the hotel lobby. We would definitely stay here again!

its our second time in this hotel and its still the best non disney hotel in Tokyo that is very accessible to disneyland and disneysea including Odaiba Diver City mall since its just literally beside Shiomi JR station

perfect location for us, close to Disney (3stops), Odaiba (to see giant Gundam), and Tokyo station. Hotel just beside Shiomi station and we barely hear the train from our family room (4 bunk beds). Grand lobby, buffet of bath salt selections for your own picking, wonderful quality amenities, family mart closeby (has Yamato luggage delivery service). Comfy bed, pyjamas provided. Good wifi. Live the anime decor along the walkway to rooms. Coin laundry room available. very convenient

Hotel Kaie has become our favorite go-to hotel. The room is big and clean with a lot of hotel freebies. It is very close to the station and disney theme parks. We just had a bad experience doing laundry since someone took our clothes out from the dryer and we ended up losing some of our clothes. Hoping that the management will take action to prevent this from happening in the future.
