Deposit Amount

- THB 1,000 for stays of 1–2 nights

- THB 2,000 for stays of 3–6 nights

- THB 3,000 for stays of 7 nights or more

Payment Methods

The deposit can be made by cash or credit card at the time of check-in.

Refund Process

- Cash deposits will be refunded at check-out after a room inspection confirms no damage or additional charges.

- Credit card deposits will be refunded within 1 to 30 business days after check-out, depending on the guest’s bank processing time.

- The security deposit covers incidental charges, damages, or policy violations during the stay.

- If any deductions are necessary, the guest will be informed prior to refund.
