I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming, helpful, and informative, making the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view. The main dishes served at breakfast were delicious. Although the buffet selection was not particularly extensive, the quality of the food was very good. I was also impressed by the excellent security measures, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Tokyo Station, making it ideal for exploring the city and catching trains. The room was impeccably clean, and the Molton Brown toiletries were a luxurious touch we absolutely loved. Highly recommended for families looking for luxury, comfort, top-notch service, and location all in one.
