施設では、トイレor浴室からの悪臭がする。下水の匂い。二人部屋なのに椅子が一脚。もっと簡素で良いから二脚置いて欲しい。トイレは洗浄装置は付いて居るが、便座が冷たい。便座ヒーター無し。実は夫婦共に、匂いと便座ヒーター無しが1番の不満。又、エレベーターは喫煙の悪臭がしていた。
