I love the hotel and its amenities. I think the downside is the challenge in parking my vehicle since the actual route going in was too narrow such that if you have zero experience entering parking buildings with narrow pathways chances of getting scratches in the body of your car are pretty high especially for big cars

We had such a pleasant stay at Valero Grand Suites! The room was spacious and very clean, especially the floors, which I really appreciated since we were traveling with our toddler. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Special mention to the lifeguard at the pool, who was incredibly attentive. He was watching our little boy so closely that it honestly looked like he didn't completely trust us as parents! It was reassuring to know someone was keeping such a close eye on the kids around the pool. Check-out was also super fast and hassle-free. A few things that could be improved: - More breakfast buffet selections would be nice. - The bathroom faucet was extremely hot and we couldn't seem to adjust it to a comfortable temperature. - And our biggest complaint? We should have booked another night! 😭 Our stay went by way too quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Valero Grand Suites. 💕
