It’s an old inn with dated furnishing but for a night to stay after checking in at almost midnight, it’s fine. We had 2 rooms. 1 room is ok but the other room does not have warm water for bath. So in this way, my family is annoyed and disappointed.

Great Good staff who were very helpful in assisting our queries. Decent hotel for the price but requires proper daily housekeeping for the rooms and basic toiletries would help make the stay a little more comfortable.

Below average Trusted Expedia on this blindly and learned my lesson hard. It was an honest mistake in choosing this hotel since there is another hotel with an identical name. I have checked out as soon as I stepped in the room. The room was damped, stink and very old. Just stay away.

Below average The room rates were reasonable and cheapest in the Kluang town. I felt so disappointed after entering the room as it was really dusty and there were no sockets to plug in and charge or even to boil drinks. The bed divan was exposed and the bathrooms were a disaster.
