Below average The Hotel was in a good location near the Eurostar and Kings cross station.
The Hotel room was in the basement with tiny narrow stairs, room was very small with 2 double beds. Its a very basic room it was a bit dirty and dusty. Shower was very basic, small and a low shower head. It was very noisy at night with lots of screaming noises. We felt unsafe and uneasy sleeping there. The picture on Hotel.com of the room did not some the room up.

Below averageStayed with kids
There were cockroaches, bugs that leaks blood, mosquitos, surroundings was noisy and place was too tight and small. My whole family didn’t get to sleep because of the bugs surrounding the beds. Terrible experience

We had dirty bedding but we didn’t notice this until the morning and one of the pillows smelled, the room its self was fine but extremely hot they did provide a fan in the room but it wasn’t making a difference to the heat, they could do with putting in air conditioning to make it more bearable in summer weather

If you are into knowing when your neighbors arrive, stay here! Thin walls and creeky stairs, allows you the freedom to track movement throughout the whole building.
Wonky room layout, highly impractical for anything.
Skip left overs - No fridge or microwave.
The room was miserably hot and humid all the time, even with the windows open, and it was 55F/13C outside.
Bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the bars under the mattress.
They hung the mirror on the wall so low it was impractical for use.
Pay another 20 quid and stay away from kings cross.

Fantastic Was apprehensive and more so when saw narrow stairs to room. No lift but owner/staff hugely helpful
Carrying luggage to room and helping me early in the morning getting the luggage downstairs.Room small but spotless. Shower great. Easy to use. Kettle available etc. not grand hotel, stair carpet could look better, but everywhere that important to comfort/ease very good. Would use again.

Good I feel the fact that the bathroom is outside the room should have been disclosed before hand.

Room was good and staff friendly. Was just a little noisey at times, guests not considerate coming back at late at night or early morning when people are sleeping.
