The room was very clean. The expresso machine was a great touch. The hotel is in a perfect location just steps from the Bean and short walks to all the best tourist spots. The hotel is steps from the Metra and 2 blocks from the L. All hotel staff were professional and pleasant. Special shout out to the bell hop, Antwone. He knows his city and was extremely helpful and kind. Give that man a raise!

Solo stay

I have nothing negative to say about the Arlo Chicago. I loved it so much I am looking to see if they have a members program. Clean bedroom, well designed, accommodating staff, and good food in the restaurant. They Pride decor and accessories was fun to have to take to the parade. They reserved me in a room where it was not too high since I have anxiety in high buildings. Thanks again, Arlo.

Lovely property , excellent location, lovely helpful staff. Room was nice and clean and the other area of the hotel maintained a clean and modern aesthetic. Looked as good as the pictures.

Stayed with kids

We thought we'd give the Arlo a try, since it looked promising online. The room was good in terms of space and cleanliness, but incredibly dark with hardly any natural light. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. If we had been there for much longer, the lack of light would have been an issue. Breakfast was mediocre, service was the same. One waitress worked the entire restaurant, which was full. Needless to say, nothing was moving that quickly.
