great hotel at great location very well connected to the metro and bus stops. airport bus limousine bus stop is just next to the hotel - very convenient. staff was supportive and attentive. room cleaning service was provided every day. one con is if the breakfast can be improved and provides a bit more options than currently offered.

The hotel is clean and has a good vibe. They provide many services, such as laundry, printing, free flow of coffee and tea at the lobby, etc. No fitness gym though. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well heated.

We stayed here after exploring Seoul. It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was delicious. They even had a “family” room for their guests to choose and stay in. It was nice overall. No complaints.

Airport bus drops just right outside the hotel. Ideal if you have alot of luggage. Hotel is located between 2 subways on different lines. We took the eujiro 4 ga subway for most of our travels to sightsee. A short walk but my 5 and 3 year old were okay with it since it was mostly a sheltered walk. Room is clean although a little small as other travellers reviewed but the bunk bed and double bed fit the 2 adults and 2 toddlers easily. We slept well on our 4 nights. There's a water dispenser on every floor and also complementary coffee on the 3rd floor. Also there's coin operated washing machine and dryer and a diy 12 hour free luggage storage room. I am impressed by this hotel as it is able to understand travellers needs and more than some 4 or 5 star hotels. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
