very convenient location, 5min to nankai station and family mart just downstairs. friendly staff too

The staffs were very kind and patient. We don't speak Japanese, but there's no issue in communicating as they all speek English very well. We asked for late check-out, it's ¥1000 per hour maxmum 3 hours until 2PM. The rooms were very clean, well equiped. There's usb ports with the outlet, so no problem to charge our Australian devices. But, there's no safe in the room. The location was perfect. Just a few steps from the subway exit, there's a convenient store right next to the entry. Close to everywhere. Overall, we were so much satisfied staying here. Highly recommanded.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean rooms and provide all necessary facilities. Have Family Mart just downstairs, super useful. One big plus was that the bus stop to and from the airport is just right in front of the hotel. The MRT exit is also right in front of the hotel.

Great location with the train station and FamilyMart just downstairs, plus lots of restaurants, malls, and other stations within walking distance. The room is really small though. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but if you have several suitcases or shop a lot, it gets cramped quickly. It’s especially hard to fully open your luggage and organize everything, especially when packing up before going home. They do have a bigger room option at around 18.55 sqm, while most rooms are only around 11.17 sqm. I’d definitely consider the bigger room if you need more space. The amenities are super complete. You can borrow a hair dryer, hair iron, facial steamer, and other useful items from the lobby. There’s also a full-body mirror and another mirror inside the desk drawer, which is handy for doing makeup. Overall, very convenient and well-equipped. Just keep the room size in mind when booking!

The location is SO good! Honestly, one of the best things about this hotel. Super convenient from Kansai Airport by train. The station is right there, and you just have to cross the street. You can walk to so many restaurants, malls, and train stations. There’s even a FamilyMart and a train station right downstairs. The shower has AMAZING water pressure, and the bathroom water is potable. They also have an ice maker, Japanese-style toilet, and amenities you can borrow from the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. They even provide free-size pajamas! The biggest downside is the room size. It’s REALLY small. If you have several suitcases, especially with lots of shopping, it can get very cramped. Luggage that opens from the top or one side would be ideal. There’s also no common area to sit and eat. The bathroom floor can get slippery too, although they provide bath mats to borrow. Overall, the location and convenience are the highlights. Just expect a very small room!

Very central location, walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Very clean room, amenities are unlimited. not too small room as well

hotel location: always the choice for our osaka namba stay. it fits perfectly to our needs. Amenities are great too.

The location is so good. Got a nearby station and convenience store.

The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient as it was nearby the shopping areas with a big supermarket nearby. The only catch was that there were a few strands of hair in my bathroom when I first checked-in. Also, as expected, there’s only space to open one big suitcase so it would be great if there was a room type with a smaller bed so there’s more space around it. But otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Stayed here four nights as a solo traveler and honestly, no complaints. The room is small – standard Japan small – but it was clean, comfortable, and the bed was just right for one person. Had everything I needed. The staff were great. English was no problem at all and they were super friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Really made a difference. Location is a huge win. Less than five minutes walk to the Nankai line station which is perfect for getting to/from the airport. And Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are only about 10–15 minutes on foot, so you're close to everything but just far enough to sleep in peace. Oh and they have amenities available on the reception floor, so you can grab what you need. Simple, convenient, and affordable. Would definitely stay again.
