Expect a tiny place but very clean and walking distance to Disney and provides toiletries, coffee, microwave, vending machine in the lobby. There’s also a convenience store near by. breakfast is also good.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s closer to Sea but there’s a morning shuttle that takes you to Land anyway. However the return timings are quite late (likely to accommodate the fireworks timings) so it doesn’t work for families with young children (in my opinion) returning earlier. However, it was very easy to get back to the hotel by public bus from the station. I’d like to point out that although children sleep free in the booking, breakfast wasn’t free for my 4.5yo. It’s 800y if you confirm the day before or 900y if you decide on the morning itself. Take note of this when you check in. I also liked that Lawsons was a short walk away for snacks and that I could see partial fireworks along the streets on the way back to the hotel from Lawsons. Size wise, it’s your standard cramped J room size, partial tub for soaking, bidet toilet, foot massager. AC has heater function as well.

easy access to Disney. motel has free shuttle to train station and both Disney's. No laundry at this mystays. probably need to install some. only has breakfast, which is okay as there is a shopping centre at the train station. and a Lawson like 500m away. free coffee and coin operated drink machines , free microwaves and free water station, In lobby. rooms are clean and ok. pillows are small, bathroom small. lifts are quick. fireworks most nights at 830pm so nice end of the day to watch from motel. mini fridge in room. over all staff are friendly shuttle bus drivers are polite and helpful. front desk can book you a taxi if needed.

very nice hotel staff are so friendly and close to train station for Disney sea and Disneyland highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Japan loved it they clean your room everyday if your staying more then 4-5 nights so when you return your room is clean with new towels 😍

The hotel is walking proximity to Disneysea, which is a major plus point. There is complimentary hot coffee machine and microwave at the lobby. There is a nearby lawson which was convenient but will need to eat in own room. We appreciated the shuttle bus that brought us to Maihama station after check out.

Great location close to Disney and the Maihama metro station. Good breakfast. The room was very small but good for the price. The staff was ok, I asked for an extra pillow but they wouldn't give me one. There was also no housecleaning service.
