Stayed here for two nights and loved it. ee booked two adjacent rooms. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. We also borrowed some amenities at the front desk and they were very helpful. Highly recommend!

The rooms are small if you have 3 check in bags. it was surprising to us that there was no porter, we had to get the luggage trolley, load our bags , take it to the the room, unload them and get the trolley back to the reception. but it looks like this is the norm in most of Japan. The location is fantastic- a 2 minute walk to Tomari port and very quiet. The breakfast was great ( a mix of Japanese and French cuisines...no omlette though) and fills up really quickly, so make sure you are there before 8 AM . great amenities, I miss the moisturizer already !
