Stayed with family

Great old style hotel right near the JR station. Big room and classic hallways, with great service. All basic amenities were provided. Right next to the drawbridge and the harbour walk, and the ferry to Honshu. Didn't try the Italian restaurant.

prime location, right in the centre of all attractions, all are within walking distance. rooms are clean and view is nice. staff are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is great, especially the beef and smoothie, very good.

We got a big help from Mr Io Choka when we checked in, he is super friendly and helpful since we have quite many luggages and he helped us to deliver our luggages to our room; able to help us to look for nearby restaurants. Our room is big and clean.

For leisure

Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from station and central to all tourist attractions. The lounge was pretty basic but I enjoyed it. Room, bed and showers were comfortable.
