Beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was a little on the small size but that’s given. The staff was very helpful the first day but after that they ignored you.

Nice experience at Hotel Vischio Osaka! They have argubly the best crew in Osaka who was willing to take care of our requests during our stay. Nice location as well! Easy access to shopping malls including Grand Front Osaka and Lucua. JR and Metro station are also within walking distance. We will definitely choosing Hotel Vischio Osaka again for our future visits to Osaka'

convenient location within walking distance to Osaka station and Umeda Osaka station, malls and eating places. we stored our luggage there as we arrived a few hours earlier before our check-in time. when we returned to the hotel, the luggage was still at the lobby- no service to deliver the luggage to the rooms. the room is clean, have glasses and cups for drinks but no spoons. you will need to go down to the front desk if you want basic cutleries. the front desk curtly informed us that there is no service to send the cutleries to the room. the housekeeping is generally fine but not consistent. they left the new PJs on the chairs instead of the bed, then the drip coffee tray was left on the vanity top instead of the tray for cups and glasses. the room is big for japanese standards.

Clean and comfortable Hotel. We found the rooms spacious as a family of 3 travelling with luggage.
Good location from the Osaka-Umeda train station - we walked it with luggage. We found it a great location as a base and did day trips via the train with no issues. The Umeda Sky Building is also within walking distance.
Lots of cafes and restaurants near the Hotel. It is across the road from a big shopping centre with eateries. There was also a Family Mart and 7 Eleven nearby.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast once at the Hotel which was nice. The laundry facilities were also good to have access to.

everything went well except their wifi was really bad. we could connect it but unable to use it as it constantly disconnects. tv shows were also all Japanese. room is spacious. staff were friendly. the hair dryer was very good that I wanted to buy one but the country voltage and mine is diff so couldn’t purchase.
