Breakfast is included, which is nice. The variety of breakfast is also good for a business hotel. It is a little disappointing that there is only one elevator.

Difficult check in and wasn't warned I wouldn't be getting the smoke-free room requested, when traveling with a toddler. When I asked about it, after smelling the room, I was just told they were full.

Excellent location--walking distance to Morioka Station and local attractions. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Loads of dining options within a couple hundred meters. Maybe 10-minute walk from Odori Street nightiife. Conbini around the corner. Everything you need is close by.
