Stayed with kids

The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The views were amazing and we would come back if we came to Grindelwald again.

Solo stay

I like the location. The room is big and clean and I had the view of the mountain. I wanted to use the laundry but you have the download the app and the cost is $$$ so I didn’t use it. I would like to come back here.

I don’t like the mattress. It’s a little bit smaller than the bed frame. It can not cover the corner of my bed. I bumped to the corner wood more than 3 times. My husband did it, too. I got blue and black on my knee later. However, this hotel is an awesome place. I enjoy staying here greatly.
