Great

Standard Twin Room, Non-smoking 18sqm · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

Briefly, issues were the mattress was *very* firm and the a/c did not cool to below ~24-25 C. I did not reach out to front desk due to language barrier and I was only there 2 nights. The a/c was in Japanese and I used 2 different translation apps to enusure I was operating a/c correctly. I was able to partially open window to cool off. Also, what could really be done about the mattress. On a positive note, great location to Shin-Osaka station, family mart and 711 very near. The room was clean and shower felt great. Checkout was a easy.
