I booked a room for my uncle actually, he unexpectedly had to stay one night in Tokyo and rooms are scarce given it was a same day stay. we stayed here before in March so I knew what was expected of the place. I made a mistake booking my name as the occupant, quickly emailed the hotel have it changed & heard back from them fairly quickly as well. according to my uncle, he had a wonderful stay.
