one of the best hotels i've ever stayed to in Japan. Super friendly staffs and i love the free amenities. they also give free coffee and tea anytime you want available in the lobby. will definitely stay here again next time.

Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is our top choice whenever we visit Japan. The location is excellent—just steps from the train station and close to major attractions in Shinjuku. A standout feature is the in-room washing machine, which makes it easy to do laundry daily and pack lighter. The room also includes a microwave, water boiler, and other practical appliances that add to the convenience.
The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is the housekeeping policy—full service is provided only for stays of seven nights or more. However, towels are replaced and trash bins are emptied daily, which is still convenient.
Overall, the hotel offers great value, comfort, and location. As a thoughtful bonus, the staff even surprised me with a small birthday gift and greeting, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely return to Tokyu Stay Shinjuku.

Great stay: excellent location, good service, room is a bit on a small side, but clean with everything needed, including small fridge and washing machine. Many restaurants and kombini stores nearby. we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but it worked fine for us. Coffee and tea provided by hotel. Great access to transportation and points of interest. I was worried about street noise, but insulation was great. Good bed. Would recommend this place.
