The location is just alright, near the subway station. Easy walk to oasis21 what will give you a very nice background shot of the Mirai Tower.

I would have given a perfect 5.0 if not only for the A/C. The rooms were preset to heating and was advised to open the windows if you feel a bit hot. Room temperature for me is a big factor for a comfortable stay. PROS: Staff are polite, courteous and very welcoming; free breakfast; free drinks and soup from 12:00nn-9pm; toiletries available at the lobby; everyday cleaning and towels change; very good location.
