I checked in on my birthday, but the staff didn’t recognize it and there were no birthday greetings. The following day, I pressed the button to request room cleaning before leaving, but when I returned in the afternoon, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I went back to the front desk while I was out for dinner to follow up, and it wasn’t until about two hours later that I was told my room was being cleaned. Even then, I had to wait nearly fifteen minutes for the cleaning to finish before I could shower. Overall, the service felt slow and inefficient.

Great location. Michelin food available within walk distance. Room and breakfast utensils needs upgrading or maintenance. Look at the photos. Room size is very good. Concierge on day one 11/2 was good. gave us good direction and help us book Grab ride. But Concierge on 14/2 was very bad. Help us arrange transport (around 10pm) to a nearby massage but it’s a private cab. didn’t ask us he just book. price is slightly higher than Grab (I compared). worst still he gave the wrong address to driver. spent 30 mins going round and round.

A very nice hotel to stay. location is very convenient with connection to Phrom Phong BTS station and EmSphere. no need to worry about inclement weather. The room I booked is very spacious for 2 pax, I had 3 pax with an added extra roll away bed and there was still good space for all 3 of us. Our only gripe is the bathroom is small for a room of this size. Daily breakfast had a good spread with items like porridge and Thai-style noodles, these changes daily too. Value for money and will be our top choice for all future trips to bkk. 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, very convenient and close to the BTS Phrom phong and several shopping malls, sphere, emquartier, making it easy to get around and find food options nearby. We booked the Executive Deluxe Room, which was spacious and came with a kitchen, perfect for our big family. The concierge team was excellent. accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. Facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool with a dedicated kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family. Breakfast was impressive, offering a good variety that changed daily. I was especially pleased to find halal options available, which is quite remarkable for a five-star hotel. Overall, as a family and being pregnant, I’m very happy with the service, facilities, room, and the hotel’s location. We’d definitely stay here again!
