Great

標準雙人房 · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

The hotel is in a lively area and it gets noisy at night. The location of the hotel is quite good, about a 10-minute walk from two metro stations and super near to the Tsutenkaku Tower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not booking a non-smoking room was a huge mistake for us. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and when we switched on the air conditioning, it blew the smoky smell directly into the room, making it even worse. We ended up not using the AC at all. Breakfast was average, but we liked the free coffee machine and the free water & ice in the lobby. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned throughout our stay due to the hotel’s eco-cleaning policy.
