客室は古さは感じますが、清潔感は保たれており 快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ロビーや庭園はとても綺麗で、ラウンジで 庭園を眺めながら、ふるまい酒の日本酒、ビール、ウイスキー、ワイン、、、 好きな物を好きなだけ頂くことが出来ます。 食事はビュッフェのみですが、どれも美味しく つい欲張りすぎて満腹になります。 スタッフの方はとても丁寧で気持ちよく接して頂けます。

泊まる施設は全体的に古さは否めないですが、全てにおいて清潔で気持ちが良かった。そして、期待していた食事ですが、夕食も朝食も期待以上に美味しかったです。 まさか、ケーキがホールでおいていて、自分で好きなだけカットできるなんて信じられませんでした。 色々なホテルや旅館に泊まりましたが、1番良かったです。 リピーターが多いのには納得でした、近々行きたいと思います

Language barrier (maybe). Would be better if you can speak Japanese. When we asked for a taxi, they just point it out. But they called a taxi for another Japanese customer.

There is both indoor and outdoor onsen which are wonderful. Breakfast is very good. Free parking. Only wifi is not quite working well in the room and staff did not know much English.
