Well-maintained, grand old establishment. Room was very spacious and relaxing. 3 different public baths to choose from. Excellent spread for breakfast. Free scheduled shuttle to and from the train station.

Biggest onsen hotel in Gero and you can tell why - they have 3 towers, each with a onsen located within. If you’re looking for a cosy, homely-type of onsen resort, this probably isn’t it. But if you are looking to be comfortable, spacious room and authentic service - this is it.
