very decent room even though the space is small. bed was like a king size even though it stated as queen size. shower pressure is strong and everything is well maintained. plus point is that there's 7 11 right at the entrance of the hotel. location is walkable distance to massage places and phrom phong bts, which then very assessible to all parts of bkk. will stay here again if i ever visit bkk. you may want to skip their breakfast buffet and have simple breakfast at 7 11 or opposite phrom phong bts, which have cheaper options.

I spent a week in this hotel. The housekeeping staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant. Their warm attitude and attentiveness were definitely appreciated. However, one issue that affected the overall comfort was the room doors. The closing mechanism is quite loud, and the noise can be disturbing, especially late at night when guests are trying to sleep. It would be great if the hotel could look into improving this, perhaps by adjusting the door closers or adding soft-close features. Overall, the service from the cleaning staff was commendable, but addressing the door noise would certainly enhance the guest experience.

Ibis Sukhumvit 24 is located in the same building with Mercure and Seven Eleven, just several steps away from Emporium, EMSphere, EMQuartier Mall and Phrom Phong BTS exit 4 (just stairs not elevator). but if you bring big luggages, use exit 6. This hotel is very clean, comfortable, staf were very friendly. From Phrom Phong BTS, you can go easliy to Centralw0rld, Siam Paragon and Big C, just some BTS stops.
