The hotel and staff were great. my only complaint was with the ac unit. it was not blowing cold air. I called the front desk and they had the ability to control it. It was cold after that but then had to call downstairs again the following day.Just slightly annoying that we had to do that anytime we can back to the room but otherwise the hotel was great

We had the best stay at Karaksa Hotel. Everything was nice. The rooms were spacious, the staff were always courteous and the location was great. It was walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and the train stations. Karaksa Hotel aslo offers free drinks 24/7 (coffee, juice, softdrinks, water and they even have ice machine). There's also a microwave for heating your food and tables at the lobby where you can enjoy lunch/dinner with family. We love it here!! We'll stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The hotel staff are polite and welcoming. The hotel is generally clean, but the only drawback is that the ventilation isn't very good and there's a slightly musty smell. Hopefully, they will improve in this regard.
