Excellent in every way possible. Great value for money

Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur is the best hotel to stay in! The location is 10/10—Pavilion, Lot 10, and Sungei Wang malls are all very nearby. Jalan Alor Night Market is also walkable, including the famous Damascus Shawarma. The room cleanliness is 10/10, and the room size is also 10/10. Check-in was very smooth, and our room view was superb—we could see the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower! If you go to the pool, you’ll also see the Merdeka 118 Tower. We stayed there for 7 days, from January 24–31, and all I can say is that it was excellent. The breakfast buffet was really good—special mention to Yaya, Irdina, Abby, and the Indian lady who were all very accommodating. Housekeeping was also excellent; they were very quick and efficient. Govin and his team at the concierge were extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur—worth every penny!

- line fon very bad - wifi under maintenance (so sad) - Very noisy in the meeting room due to renovation - Had to wait far from the hotel lobby to pick up the car because of traffic jam

Stayed at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur and loved the location—right in Bukit Bintang, very easy to get around. Room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Smooth check-in and friendly staff. A solid choice for a KL city stay.

Great stay at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur. Super convenient location next to Lot 10, walking distance to shopping, food, and transport. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Good value for money—would stay again.

the room was huge and clean and the bed is very comfortable , the hotel location is very near to trains and bus stations.

why was i charged additional fee: it was originally priced for RM635 (inclusive of tax etc) for deduction in the receipt but during real deduction it was RM666 per room. I thought the mandatory fee was included but when I went there, the receptionist said we have to pay the additional tax of RM10 per night. Why not deduct earlier in the card. What is the extra RM31 from?
