Staying here was the best decision we did in our trip. Very close to Kitahama Station place was very quiet. There are also nereby convenience stores and vending machines. The hotel staffs were all too friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious especially the Takoyaki 💙

I just stayed at this brand new hotel and it’s absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean, modern, and very well designed. What I loved the most is how they support people who work remotely. Only one small downside: the soap was a bit too drying for skin and it caused some dandruff for me. Other than that, highly recommend!

The staff is really kind, we had some issues with our room on the first night and they spared no time to give us another one. The station was only 5 minutes walk away and easy to walk with lugagges

I chose this hotel for its excellent location, close to Osaka’s main attractions while offering a quieter, cleaner, and more relaxing atmosphere than the busy Dotonbori and Namba areas. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities, including complimentary toiletries and pajamas. The surrounding area is convenient, with a Doutor Café, convenience stores, and Sugi Pharmacy all within walking distance. I also enjoyed the nearby Brooklyn Roasting Company Kitahama and Nakanoshima Rose Garden. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay in Osaka.

The hotel is located just a few minutes away from different train stations - most convenient being the Midosouji line making Umeda, Shin-Osaka, Namba just one train away. There are also other hotels and restaurants/izakaya in the same street/area. Best value for me is that there are 3 convenient stores within 2 blocks from the hotel, plus 2 supermarkets within a 10min walk. Osaka castle is also ~30min walk, river view and the Nakanoshima Rose Garden just within a 15min walk. In case you missed to bring a plug adaptor, you can buy (NOT borrow) from them for 650yen. There is also a weighing scale for luggages at the lobby. They can also store your luggage for free in case you want to do a bagdrop. Usual amenities provided, can be found at the lobby. Note also that Osaka ordinance charges an additional sort of tax per night. This one I had to pay for at the hotel during check-in at 200yen per night. If I’m not mistaken, the fee varies based on booking price and number of pax.

Very clean and the hotel staffs are the best. very accomodating! they helped us book a taxi when it's raining- carrying 4 luggages- and made sure we make our way to the station. They also have a weighing scale for luggages that are very accurate! Our luggages weighed the same in the airport which saved us a few bucks. Very nice overall! Will definitely book again.

everything at the hotel was fine. maybe adding a bit of english speaking staff , or training staff in english, would be adding value.

room is spacious and well appointed. very clean and quiet.
