Fantastic
A great classic stay in Chicago. Right downtown. Lots of historical interest with the hotel. The staff were so kind and the rooms comfy. We will definitely be back!

Decent price for the location. Rooms somewhat cramped but still comfortable and clean. Better bang for your buck given the location. If your in town to sight see and don’t spend a lot of time in your room other than sleep this is for you. Want a spa experience go elsewhere.

After staying at the Warwick in Manhattan, NYC this location is disappointing. The elevators were slow and some were down needing repairs. The cafe was poorly run and is microwave warmed up food. There is no restaurant onsite as advertised. The rooms are very small unless you get an Executive room, but it's still small when you compared to the average size of most hotel rooms. The location of this hotel is great. You are in walking distance to many shops and restaurants and attractions.

I stayed in a double queen room and was honestly disappointed with the experience. The room had no real view, just a direct look into another building, so don’t expect any kind of city scenery. The layout also felt very cramped; the beds are placed so close to the wall that getting to the second bed requires squeezing through. For the price, the amenities were lacking. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which is something I would expect at this rate. Additionally, the on site restaurant isn’t even open on Sundays or Mondays, which was inconvenient. Overall, it didn’t feel like the stay matched what I paid. I expected a lot more in terms of comfort, space, and basic amenities.

Great
It was fun to stay on Magnificent Mile. The property is cool and has a lot of history. Bathroom is super small but everything was good. I do wish the rooftop dining was open on Monday- that was the only day we had but couldn't go because it was closed. Front desk was a little uppity and not overly helpful. Resort fee and parking were too expensive and not necessary yo be that much. It was fun as a one time stay but will find elsewhere to stay next time.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and in the middle of such a nice area! I would absolutely stay again! Staff was very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand! Room was a bit outdated but very nice none the less! Overall I have no complaints! Can’t wait to stay again.
