The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and the airconditioning worked well. And I like the location of the hotel, near to train, metro and tramstation.

love the decoration of the rooms, very different!

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The building, the room, the cleanliness, the staff and the overall vibe was excellent. They have several dining / bar areas that I recommend stopping by for everyone. We had such a good time in Sonora. The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us with everything and literally never denied any request of ours. Even when it was super busy they were super helpful. I believe this also the biggest hotel in Netherlands and they use an eco friendly cooling system which I thought was interesting. The interior was beyond amazing and fun. The rooms were super clean, very modern and beautifully decorated. There is a metro and tram station nearby. The closest one being Europaplein, you can easily get to the airport and city center quickly. Everything was great! I will be definitely visiting again soon! Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Their design is very unique. We once had dinner in the Moana bar and we ordered room service another time; both times the food was excellent. The staff is very accomodating as well. Not to mention that the hotel is very accessible via public transit and super baby friendly!

Great, unique property. Close to train station for quick and easy access to city center and all major attractions. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel and great value given the price of more central hotels and the proximity to the metro station which gets you into the centre and to the airport extremely quickly. Would 100% stay again.

Although I stayed in this hotel before and didn't had any complaints, this time my stay was terrible. I arrived after midnight, check-in went well. When I arrived in the room, it was very cold, so I put on the heater, but it made such a terrible noise. It was like the sound of a machine room. As it was impossible to sleep, I went to the gym first, but when I came back the noise was still unbearable. I went to the reception, but nobody was there. That meant that I had to wait till the room was warm enough to put off the heating as it was not possible to sleep with that noise. Furthermore room was clean, some amenities were missing. Breakfast is good.

Great variety at the breakfast buffet and very accommodating staff.
