the location is near the pratunam market which very convenient. the room is clean and even though its near a busy location it is quiet. the staff are super nice and accommodating. the only downside was room assigned to us was located at 4th floor, considering the age of my parents, they were having hard time to climb up. thankfully the staff helped us with bringing our luggage to our room.

Pratunam Family House 2 is a hidden gem near Pratunam Market ā close enough to walk to the shopping area, yet far enough to avoid the noise from the crowd. The location is perfect for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and were accommodating with our requests. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay. Cleanliness is okay. considering that the facility is not that new, so don't expect too much. Great value for money.
