I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Toms during my trip to Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, with Kamata Station nearby, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were happy to answer my questions, helped me adjust my housekeeping schedule, and made my stay smooth from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated the laundry facilities and the overall quiet atmosphere, which made it a great place to relax after long days of exploring. This was my first solo trip to Japan, and Hotel Toms made me feel comfortable and at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
