Room was booked for 4 persons and we paid extra for 4th person, but only 2 towels were provided. When we asked for more towels , only small towels were given instead of bath towels.

My time there was phenomenal! Ben provided service above and beyond! The location of the hotel exceeded expectations. Being near the ocean was wonderful. Both the hotel, the location, and staff were outstanding! I will be back!

It could be because we were here during a more off season, but the hotel seemed almost abandoned. Dark in hallways, issues with our room door beeping constantly when we left or returned, the bed feels like sleeping on a rock, and they don’t clean your room during your stay unless you pay extra. The beach view was incredible from the room, there were always fresh bottles of water outside our door in the morning, and the location is the absolute best. You are close to so many things.

Nice pool (but cold) and unique room decor. Friendly staff. On the downside: strong sewer smell in the bathroom, bar and restaurant were closed. No housekeeping if you're in the room during their rounds. The sofa bed for the 4th person was uncomfortable. Overpriced compared to other hotels with better standards.

Very close to songjeong beach on a cherry blossom lined street, The Coolest Hotel is nicely located. The hotel itself is very basic. Very limited amenities. We were given half a toilet paper roll, 2 towels for 4 people, no hand soap at the sink, and all the food areas were closed. Staff was friendly but sometimes hard to find. Pool was nice but no towels provided. Overall it was an okay experience for the price.
