Small room but that just makes it more cozy. Great selection of free amenities. staff were all wonderful. The location is honestly the best once you gauge where things are. The Sendai station is just down the street. Multiple convenience stores. Department mall is attached to the station.

The hotel is in a great location. It takes 5-10 minutes to the Sendai Station, and you can go to most places on foot. I’ll choose it next time.

we stayed here for 3 nights. everyday they clean the room, change the bedding and pillow cases and give us new robes and towels everyday. the room was clean, the towels smells fresh and clean. the hotel is really close to the train station about 5 min walk. Starbucks and convenience stores are close by as well. shopping areas are walkable and there’s restaurants around the area.

very beautiful place and convenient location. the staff there was super helpful! the young guy named T. sth (first name initial is T, can’t remember his last name), he helped us so much, with our bookings for local ferry tickets to matsushima, as well as given us hint on where to go to eat.
