Besides photos are misleading as the property is not as advertised. Dirty and smelly bed. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Sheets feel unclean. Washer/Dryer work great which is helpful. Cold A/C which made it a little bearable. Leaky toilet. No shampoo and washing soap. Basically nothing except towels and a few toothbrushes. Living room has torn wallpaper. Soiled and torn sofas. Ants in living room. The stay was so uncomfortable for a Landmark property.So many things that wouldn’t be fixed even if we complained then. Very disappointed!!!

Christine is very responsive and easy to communicate. The property is accurate as described in the pictures. The bedding are very comfortable. The property is located at the best accommodation area in Ho Chi Minh city!

予約していたコンドミニアムの部屋は空いていないと説明され、別のホテルに泊まってくれと言われました。この時点で凄いホテル引いちゃったなと感じましたが、値段もあまり変わらないし、年末年始だったので今更新しいホテル取るのも無理かなと考え受け入れました。 結果、やはりトラブルとなり、最後の1泊は1.5倍の値段を要求されました。頭に来たので断固拒否をしたところ、次はキャンセル料を払えと言われましたが、そちらも突っぱねました。 心象的には最低のホテルです。代替のホテルは設備的には普通だったのでこの評価です。 あとホテルズドットコムのオペレーターの対応も機械的で不満足です。改善を望みむす。
