We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Its convenient location near Sakae Station and Mirai Tower made getting around the city easy and enjoyable.

Overall ok but not very consistent with service. When we asked for new sleepwear, one night they delivered to the room and another night, they asked us to go down and get from the reception. Spacious and clean rooms. No hooks near the shower area so bit of a hassle. Location very convenient. Overall ok. Would recommend :)

The staff were not the friendliest (just one actually, not sure if she was a Japanese), but in terms of comfort, location, and amenities, we have no complaints. We initially booked one room for three, hoping it could be accommodated since my senior citizen mother was with us. Unfortunately, we had to book an additional room. However, we appreciated that they accommodated our request to have all rooms on the same floor.
