Good The staff doesn't speak English. Even most of the receptionists doesn't. The hotel is catered towards Chinese travelers.

Below averageStayed with partner
It takes 15 min from Hotel to Danang Airport by a taxi. But there is no pick up service and shuttle bus.
If go to outside of hotel, you should take a taxi. Also there are so many Chiness and cannot have a breakfast due to so loud and smoking.
Room Cleansing isn't given daily and you can have a clean room if only request for cleanseaing service.
I recommended Hoi An history Hotel insead Danang of if you should have a comfortable holiday.

Below average Personnel not helpful. Very few people in a "5 star" hotel actually speaks english. Completely overpriced food. Isolated from the rest of the town you end up spending a lot of money in transportation.
Better to stay in Hoi An (in winter at least). Facilities good in summer probably. Not a hotel for winter time.

Fantastic Parts of his Hotel are still under construction but this didn't adversely impact our stay. Right on the beach, the rooms are magnificent and the breakfast to die for.
