Great location right near Jalan Alor, putting you right in the heart of the action! The rooms are a bit older, but they are comfortable and spacious. Service was decent, and overall, it’s well worth the stay for the unbeatable proximity to amazing food, shopping, and local attractions. cleanliness: good transport access:very convenient hotel location: strategic service: pretty good

superb for what i paid, location 200metres from gate A Bukit Bintang MRT, room spacious, clean, quiet n comfy, pool is good, gym equipment could be better but OK, arrived at 2pm allowed to enter room at230pm, hotel looks quite full of customers, at peak time has to wait for few minutes xtra for lift, otherwise no complaint at all

its good for vacation stay. was there around mid nov which is rainy season and has under roof entrance and stay dry. no other complaints.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with both cold and hot showers, complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, plus a mini fridge. The flat iron was a nice touch and came in handy. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating — we arrived around midnight and were still able to check in smoothly, even receiving a free room upgrade. The charging ports were different from ours, but the hotel provided adapters, and there were also USB charging options in the room which made it very convenient. Location-wise, it was excellent — just a few steps from Jalan Alor, the monorail, the MRT, and Pavilion Mall. The area was surrounded by food stalls, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials anytime. Despite being close to nightlife spots, the room was impressively soundproof, so we slept peacefully without any disturbance. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

friendly staff very good location just walking distance to some popular place. clean and spacious room

location is great but the helpfulness of staff is not that great they also charged 10rmb per night for taxes. there is no telephone on the room so you need to go to the lobby just to request some new towels. bathroom have unpleasant smell. breakfast is so malaysian all halal no other options.
