Great location and clean facilities. This hotel is located less than a 20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi, which made shopping and exploring seamless. They also have free drinks provided within certain hours and offer daily cleaning. Staff were very friendly too and speak English.

The hotel is new and clean. Although the room was small, it's well-equipped and had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had western and Japanese food. I recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

This hotel was super fun to stay in! It's generally a 15min walk to almost anything you could want in Osaka. You get all the amenities and toiletries to be expected and we even gifted a New Year bag by the staff upon check-in, so incredibly grateful 🙏 The washer/drier (stacker) works incredibly well and is fast, located conveniently on the ground floor where the Just Cafe is for a coffee. It was super comfortable and quiet when we stayed. They have luggage service too but they were able to check us in early so that was even better!

stayed here for 2 nights and wish to extend more than other hotel we booked at osaka. the location are far from dotonbori but still walkable. the area isa quite and not to crowdes. the lobby were small but its ok. they have their cafe with free snacks and drinks which we love with this hotel. the room are small just enough to accommodate 2-3 person. the bed is comfy and clean. the toilet are clean as well. complete with amenities you need. the staff are also kind. really commend the 2 japanese staffs in the front desk they are kind and accommodating. since i have a kid with me she give my kid rubber duckies for free which he may use on the bathtub. there is 1 receptionist not kind enough to give us some rubber duckies as she said it was not free but with other front desk staff says its free and even offer to give us few more pieces. overall experience here amazing. will definitely book again when we came back to osaka.

5 stars for everything. Highly recommend this hotel. Nice staff and complete with the necessary amenities. With free snacks, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks all day. Nice to hang and snack out after a long day of exploring. Location is near Dotonbori (around 10 min easy walk) but you can already find nice restos and shops close to the hotel. Very near a 7/11 too. Stayed in a Superior Double room for 2. Space is kinda tight for 2 big luggages but it'll fit. You'll be mostly out of the room anyway. Bed is firm and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Will stay here again when we go back!
