a wonderful hotel in great location with helpful staff and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and great river views

the hotel is very convenience to ICONSIAM and the hotel room is clean and big

I like the hotel. the location is very good. near access to transportation and just a 10minute walk yo iconsiam mall which is very good.

We arrived early at the hotel, and Jack at reception was very accommodating and helpful from the start. Although the room was not yet ready, he did his best to assist us and even managed to let us check in about 35 minutes before the official 2PM check-in, which we truly appreciated. The room was very nice with a lovely river and pool view. The lobby and pool area were relaxing, and my 13-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the pool and slide. We also had a fun night swim during our stay. Breaktast was decent with both Western and Asian options. The vegetables and waffle corner were nice, though the pasta was a bit dry and the bacon quite hard. One small disappointment was during breakfast when I politely asked for a bigger table while working briefly as my daughter ate, but was told those were only for families, despite many vacant tables. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Jack and the whole team for the warm hospitality. We would happily return again.

Everything was great except the lack of air conditioning in the hallway and elevator. Overall, a good place at a budget

staffs were friendly and helpful. room is nice and comfortable. thank you for fulfilling my special request for a birthday decorations.

good food with amazing view of the river; room was cozy with nice balcony to see the sunrise; but had to inform the staff to clean and there was crockroach in the room.

the hotel was perfect for visiting Bangkok or just chilling out around the pool

I would not hesitate to book here again. The only con I have is that the room is small with a strange configuration so if you are sharing a room with someone whom you wouldn’t want to be privy to your bathroom habits for example, get two rooms. The bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. TukTuk from IconSiam wasn’t even far enough to hear a whole song! Breakfast had plenty of options to please people from all over the world. The massive lobby had an ATM and $ exchange machine. Having a convenience store and spa onsite was also wonderful. Sadly, I never got to go to the pool. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. I will tell you it looked great! I would absolutely recommend this location of The Quarter to anyone.
