Ad implied there was a private bathroom. There wasn’t. It was a shared bathroom which was old/worn down. Bed was comfortable but dirty rug and no amenities as lister on the advert. Felt mis-sold. Only pro was the location, right off Upper Street

Excellent place to stay in Islington. The place felt like home, I look to staying again if I am ever in Islington.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby, lively for the weekend and easy access to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom shabby not finished incl. the shower panel only held up with adhesive does top & bottom downstairs was a builders site basically very messy room was ok But door lock had been broken in past poor repair job. For London you’re charging to much for basically just an ok room could of got good hotel with en suite for same price doors was not fire doors NO fire alarm system when it’s a must due to how many rooms and levels unsure how the council has given you licensed to trade as rentals. Or have you not got one I won’t be using this again not for the mo ey V quality far to expensive for below basics provided

The “”””executive”””” studio is located outside, once you put the code in the main rntrance you have to walk through the kitchen and then the laundry room that was a complete mess full of health hazards. The door of the laundry room ( that has no keys and stays open all night) takes you outside, where there suppose to be a garden full of rubbish and with no maintenance. The studio is nothing like the pictures, is dirty, there was no heating on, it was cold, the shower head doesn’t stay up, the carpet in front of it I guess was never washed or changed, the fridge door is broken and before you realise the door fall on yr foot cos opens like a dishwasher, no sign to make you aware of that. I didnt feel safe at all overnight, the door doesn’t close properly. It was a nightmare! Not even to mentioned I had to leave 300£ deposit that I got back 2 days later. I would like to be contacted cos I have evidence of what I am saying and I would like a compensation and a refund!

The bathroom was unusable due to a completely broken toilet seat Blood and hair on the sink made me sick and I had a panic attack Me and my daughter had to use the restroom in local business which was embarrassing on her birthday

I was very disappointed. The TV in my room didn’t stream any channels and the wifi was unreliable. The fridge smelled and the door to my balcony area was streaked with mud. The stair carpet was filthy & the lounge had 3 large mattresses leaning against a wall. I stipulated that I wanted accommodation without stars in my booking, but was given a room on the 1st floor, with the bathroom situated on the ground floor. Essentially it felt like a refurbished student house and the photos on the website did not accurately capture the property. I shall not be booking again

Room was really dirty. Stains on carpet, stains on furniture, stains on ceiling blinds etc Check in details were sent with unclickable links which made checking in process tortured and very painful. I wasn't able to copy across the links either using the Hotels.com mobile app, so I had to use a laptop instead. Wifi information provided via app was also not correct - managed to find correct information on back of door. Room very cold - heating solution was very basic and ineffective

The location of this room was very close to all means of transportation, bus and metro station. Restaurants were nearby along with a grocery store. Access to staff requires calling them so getting international access is a must.
