There is central AC so it’s harder to control room temperature. Breakfast buffet is included, so it’s fine with that expectation, but lots of food options nearby since it’s pretty much right next to Saga station. And surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the station.

There was noise the first night so I asked to be moved, which they did. They next night noise occurred again and so I booked a different hotel and lost out on two nights Would not recommend.

Typical small Japanese business hotel.
A small clean room, no dresser, AC worked but humidity was high, coin laundry available. Okay for a short stay.

it was turning to winter so aircon can't be control and room is stuffy. check in is strictly at 3pm. typical small room if you book double room if need more space book 2 single bed

Great The location is extremely convenient right next to the JR train station. Plenty of good eateries around the area. The room is small but functional, the bed is a full size bed which could be quite “tight” for two. As always Comfort Hotel group provides you with their free breakfast n drinks, definitely a plus for their guests. Will go back again but night have to get two room instead if traveling with partners.

The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby.
The breakfast, included in the price, was ample and delicious.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the station and eateries so looking for dinner options was easy. The hotel room was quiet and the breakfast variety was wide and healthy. The only draw back was the size of the room as it was quite tight and parking allocation at the hotel rate would be on first come first serve basis.

Fantastic Great friendly staff. I checked in at 3AM and there was no issues. Housekeeping were very helpfull and did not disturb me the next morning.
Room was of good size, very clean and comfortable with free WiFi.
Location is good for the railway and bus stations with good connections to Fukuoka and Saga airports.
