Our stay at The Grand at Trafalgar Square was great! The room, breakfast and staff were wonderful. The only negative is that it was very hot in London for the 4 nights that we stayed and the air conditioning was working but it didn’t get as cool as we expected it to. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Small room , even smaller bathroom. Bathroom looked poorly maintained with deteriorating door trim. Dirty windows. Not worth the money. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy there job. Location is great and really the only positive about this hotel.
