We enjoyed our stay here as a family. The location was great! The staff were always helpful. They provided us with everything that we needed. Yuki from the reception was very helpful and proactive. The Filipino housekeeping staff on the 6th floor left our room sparkling clean! The rooms were spacious enough. We were impressed with their facilities. Laundry monitoring from your room is a plus! Great views of the Skytree and Sensoji. So many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Our rooms were quiet and they made sure we are closeby each other as we were a family of 6 travelling together. We will definitely stay here again.

10/10 customer service, rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable. The hotel supplies free amenities including skin care and hair products. Our three girls were very impressed. close to so much to see and eat. My only regret was not staying longer.

fantastic location for a family stay in Tokyo. lots of attractions close by and easy to a train station to travel to other areas. very friendly staff and clean facilities

From the many many choices of hotels in Japan, we are very happy that we landed in this hotel We took the temple+skytree view room. We even saw fireworks from the window. The location is perfect, with the many restaurants around. Also the welcome drinks and the personnel there are amazing. We would like also to commend the receptionist guy who assisted us with our lost luggage. We are a family with kids 7 and 10, and we had a wonderful stay.

LOVE THIS LOCATION for families! It’s in the middle of a great location to shop, eat, visit the gates and temples. The hotel itself has clean rooms, restaurants in the building, and great views.

The hotel has a great location, excellent amenities, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, a booking issue significantly affected our experience. We booked through Klook for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 4), but at check-in we were told the room was only suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Although our confirmation clearly showed 2 adults and 2 children, we were advised it was likely a Klook error. We contacted Klook immediately but received no response, even after 7 days. The hotel offered a larger room, but the extra cost of $700, later reduced to $400 for 3 nights, was beyond our budget. As a result, all four of us had to stay in a cramped room, making sleep very uncomfortable. We had even cancelled another hotel believing this would be a better choice. While the hotel itself was excellent, the booking issue and lack of support from Klook turned what could have been a perfect stay into a disappointing experience.

Location is good, room size is good as booked the bigger corner room. Breakfast is ok, what delights is the freshly squeezed orange juice in front of you. There are welcome drinks of some beer, alcohol from 1-4pm and 5-8pm.

This hotel gives you a lot of value for you money. There is an upcoming refurbishment and everything will redone but it is still very clean and relatively large rooms, considering we’re in Tokyo.
