How can I book and use tickets?
Go here to start booking your tickets. After you've make your booking, check the status from the Booking page.
On the day of departure, follow the normal check-in process at your airline counter with the documents (passport, etc.) you used to book.
Make sure to arrive 3 hours before departure for international flights.
How can I book tickets for children or infants?
You can book up to 2 child tickets for every adult ticket (Child tickets cannot be booked without an adult ticket).
If you need to book a ticket for an infant (aged under 2), you’ll need to contact the airline after booking your adult ticket. Infant tickets can’t be booked on Klook right now.
How come my booking was automatically cancelled?
This is usually because of one of these reasons:
The payment wasn’t completed in time
The supplier failed to issue a ticket
How can I cancel my flight booking?
If your flight was cancelled/changed, you can cancel from the Booking page and submit a refund application.
If you are not able to make your flight, you can still cancel from the Booking page and apply for a refund. Please keep in mind that whether or not you can get a refund depends on the airline’s cancellation policy and your cancellation reason.
How can I make changes to my booking?
If you want to change your booking (times, departure/arrival airports, etc.), you’ll need to reach out to Klook customer support from the Booking page.
