— Experience Package Related Information —

• All the Experience Packages will include a single concert ticket and an eSIM, with complimentary inclusions - two (2) attraction redemption coupons and a mobility redemption coupon, depending on the bundle selected.
• Each Klook registered user is limited to a cumulative maximum of two (2) Klook Experience Packages per show during pre-sale. A platform handling fee of NT$200 applies per package.
• Processing rules for duplicate orders: Please do not purchase tickets for the same session on Klook or other platforms using the same ID or other valid IDs of the same user. The organizer or Klook reserves the right to cancel the entire duplicate order. Any service fees, handling fees, or expired ticket losses resulting from this shall be borne solely by you.
• Per event organizer guidelines. Experience Package is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Individual cancellations or standalone refunds for any of its components (including but not limited to the concert ticket, eSIM, and complimentary products) will not be accepted. You cannot apply for a cancellation/refund once the booking is made.
• You don’t have to be a member of BIGBANG FANCLUB to purchase from Klook. Your booking will be confirmed upon successful payment. Note that the Klook Experience Packages are not based on lottery.
• For confirmed booking, concert tickets will be available for collection at the designated collection point near the venue starting from October 7, 2026. The collection point will be near the venue, subject to further adjustment that may be announced by the Event Organizer / Artist Management.
• Klook will notify you of the details of the designated collection point via email by late-September.

— Concert Information & Seat Map —

• The seating layout above is for reference only. The actual seating plan is subject to change based on sales conditions for each ticket category and will be governed by the official announcements from the Event Organizer without prior notice. Seat layout for each ticket type will not be downgraded to a lower-priced area; however, please note that the seat layout may be subject to adjustment prior to the Concert. No refunds or seat amendments will be accepted due to seat layout modifications. Please be aware of this before completing your purchase.

Event Policies

• Discount codes (including but not limited to the payment / promotional codes) and KlookCash are not applicable for this Klook Experience Package. Klook Experience Package is also not eligible for Klook’s Rewards program. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be able to earn KlookCash by purchasing this Klook Experience Package.
• Please review the Full General Terms & Conditions here prior to purchase. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the current version and Chinese versions of this General Terms of Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• By proceeding with the transaction on Klook, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these General Terms & Conditions, the full Klook’s Terms of Use and Klook’s Privacy Policy.

— Real Name Registration —

• Real name registration is required for this event. To verify the identity of attendees entering the venue under the Real-Name System, the attendee’s “ID Name” and “ID Number” will be printed on tickets issued.
• For Taiwan residents, please provide only the "Taiwan National ID Name" and "Taiwan National ID Number". For overseas attendees, please provide only the "English Passport Name" and "Passport Number".
• When purchasing tickets, please ensure that the attendee information corresponding to each ticket is entered correctly to avoid affecting admission eligibility. Other government-issued identification documents, including residence permits, will not be accepted in addition to the above-mentioned information. To purchase multiple experience packages, please ensure that accurate attendee details are provided for each individual package.
• Taiwan residents' "Taiwan National ID Name" must only be entered in Traditional Chinese characters exactly matching their identification document. Overseas attendees' "Passport Name" must only be entered in English exactly matching their passport. Please do not use special symbols or characters. The "ID Number" must be entered using half-width Arabic numerals.
• You may amend your personal information ONCE when there is a mis-spelling or typo no later than 23:59 (local time) August 23, 2026. If needed, please log into your Klook account, go to My Bookings, select the relevant order and click "Amend" to submit your personal information amendment request by 23:59 (local time) on August 23, 2026. Any late requests will not be accepted. Please ensure the information provided is accurate. The organizer and Klook are not responsible for any compensation, nor will there be an obligation to reissue tickets, cancel orders, or issue refunds due to incorrect personal information.
• Upon submitting the personal information amendment request, you confirm that all the information provided is completely accurate, and you acknowledge that all details (including but not limited to the personal information) will be non-changeable after the amendment request. In the event of admission failure due to inaccurate information provided, Klook will not offer any compensation.
• All personal information (including name, ID/passport number, phone number and email address) that you provide when purchasing the Klook Experience Package is collected for the purpose of processing the transaction, registering you under the real-name ticketing system, and conducting on-site identity verification; your name and ID/passport number will be printed on the concert ticket to facilitate on-site verification. To the extent necessary for these purposes, this personal information will be transferred to AEG Presents Asia Pte Ltd and its designated parties, which may be located outside your home region, including YG Entertainment Inc., Ticket Plus (遠大售票系統), and service providers engaged for the purpose of ticket issuance, venue entry and event operation. By proceeding with your purchase, you consent to this collection, use and transfer of your personal information for the purposes described above.

— No Seat Selection —

Seat and zone selection is not available for tickets included in the Klook Experience Package. If you wish to be seated together, we recommend purchasing tickets in one booking to increase the likelihood of being assigned contiguous seats. However, final seat allocations will be assigned on a random basis by the Artist Management or Ticketing Partner within the designated price tier, as per the official concert seating map. Do note that seat selection is not available.

— Physical Ticket Collection —

Ticket Collection at the designated collection point:

• Concert tickets will be available for collection near the venue starting from October 7, 2026 until the relevant concert date, subject to further adjustment that may be announced by the Event Organizer / Artist Management.
• Details including dates, schedule and address will be sent by Klook latest by late-September to the email address you fill in for your confirmed booking. Kindly check your email (including junk mail box) accordingly. Please contact the Klook customer service team if you do not receive any communication by October 1, 2026.
• If you fail to collect your ticket at the collection point within the collection period as mentioned in the communication email, you will not be able to collect the ticket at the concert venue or admitted to the concert. No refund or reissuance of tickets will be provided.
• To collect physical tickets, customers must present the relevant booking details within your Klook account (mobile APP or website). Printed copy or screenshot of booking details is not acceptable.
• Staff may request you to present your valid identification document for verification at the designated collection point. The identification document shall match the identity information you fill in for your confirmed booking. If your identification document does not match the identity information you fill in for your confirmed booking, Artist Management / Event Organizer / Klook reserves the right to decline your ticket collection, and any request for a refund will also be denied.
• The information of the show, ticket types, seats and real-name information will be printed on the physical ticket. Please present your physical ticket along with valid identification on the day of the show, and take your seat according to the seat number indicated on your ticket.
• Order confirmations, booking details / vouchers, emails, or other related communications of the Klook Experience Package cannot be used as admission tickets.
• No ticket pickup service will be available at the event venue's ticketing counter. Please keep your order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.
• The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the Event Organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

— Cancellation / Refund Policy —

• **Per event organizer guidelines. Experience Package is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Individual cancellations or standalone refunds for any of its components (including but not limited to the concert ticket, eSIM, and complimentary products) will not be accepted. ** You cannot apply for a cancellation/refund once the booking is made.

— Notice on Government Uniform Invoice (GUI) Issuance —

• Concert tickets are legally exempt from GUI issuance; the concert ticket itself includes a proof-of-purchase stub.
• For orders settled in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), GUI will be issued for non-concert tickets and platform handling fees, which will be sent to your designated email address 5 business days after completion of the transaction.
• If you require a Tax ID (business registration number) for your company, please ensure complete and correct information is entered at checkout. Once issued, the GUI cannot be reissued, nor can the company title or Tax ID be modified.

— Terms and Conditions of the Package Products Redemption —

Klook eSIM

• The eSIM will be issued directly to the 'My Bookings' page in your Klook account within 3 business days. You can activate the eSIM by clicking the “Add eSIM to device” button on your booking. The eSIM is valid for 180 days from the issuance date.
• Each eSIM voucher is valid for a single activation only. Please confirm that your mobile device is compatible prior to activation. As eSIMs can only be installed on compatible and carrier-unlocked devices, you may share the activation QR code with another person prior to activating the eSIM. You may check how to share the eSIM with a QR code here.
• Travel across multiple Asian destinations hassle-free with a Klook 5G eSIM! Enjoy seamless multi-region coverage (including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macao, and more) without needing separate SIM cards, 7 days after activation with data in total 3GB.
• Klook and the Event Organizer shall not be held liable, nor issue refunds or exchanges, for any activation failures resulting from device incompatibility. You may check your device compatibility here.

Klook Attraction / Mobility Ticket (complimentary)

• Complimentary will be issued in the form of a redemption code credited to your Klook account within 24 hours upon booking confirmation. There will not be any email notification sent to you, please find the code via the “Account - Promo Codes" under your Klook account.
• Redemption codes must be applied to a subsequent booking to redeem the final attraction / mobility tickets. Please refer to the instructions below for the booking pages. Redemption code cannot be used directly for accessing Leofoo Village Theme Park, Wonder New Land, JOJOZOO Park, Wanpi World Zoo, Farglory Ocean Park, Taichung MRT and the WeMo Scooter App.
• Redemption Codes will be valid till 23:59 October 11, 2026 (Taiwan time), unless Klook specifies. The complimentary Klook attractions / mobility redemption codes are only applicable to the packages via the specific link on Klook, not including third-party platforms.
• Included attractions are subject to daily capacity limits. Klook is not liable to offer refunds, reissuance, or alternative compensations for any issues arising from the inability to book your preferred date. Klook strongly recommends booking your preferred date as early as possible after attraction tickets open for booking.
• Upon successful voucher redemption, the validity period of the Klook attraction and mobility tickets will be governed by the details displayed on their respective booking pages.
