Yes. KlookCash expires 365 days after the day you've earned it. KlookCash from campaigns such as KlookCash multiplier campaigns may have a different validity period. No. KlookCash cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

After submitting our review and if your review meets all requirements and exclusions (see this FAQ, your KlookCash will be added to your account within 48 hours.

On occasion, it may take a few weeks. This depends on how long it takes to confirm if you've completed the activity.

Every time you complete a booking on Klook, you’ll earn between 0.10% to 4% of your booking amount paid as KlookCash, depending on the activity and your membership tier:

• Explorer: between 0.10% to 0.80% of the amount paid
• Gold: between 0.28% to 2.40% of the amount paid
• Platinum: between 0.48% to 4% of the amount paid

Amount of KlookCash earned from making a booking varies on the activity completed and your Klook Rewards membership tier. Some items, like Klook e-Gift Cards and coupon packs are uneligible for KlookCash earning. We may also exclude other products at our discretion. You will not be able to earn KlookCash on free bookings too.
