Tickets purchased through Klook must be exchanged for physical tickets before entry. Please allow sufficient time for ticket exchange.

• Children under 1 year old are not permitted entry; tickets are required for entry for attendees 1 year old and above. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Each attendee must present a valid QR code e-ticket for verification. Screenshots or image-based tickets are not accepted.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code (for single use only). Please do not disclose or share it to prevent counterfeiting or theft.
• All tickets are non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once sold.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or used tickets by others will not be reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets.
• Ticket holders are responsible for confirming the event date, time, and related arrangements, including any postponements, changes, or rescheduling.
• Performance times are subject to change without notice due to on-site conditions.
• In the event of official cancellation, refunds will not include ticketing fees, handling fees, transaction fees, and other applicable service fees. The organizer and ticketing agent are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other related expenses incurred due to event cancellation or postponement.
• Professional photography, videography, and audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance. Violators may be asked to leave the venue.
• Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the venue.
• To ensure the safety, order, and comfort of all attendees, the organizer and venue have the right to conduct security checks upon entry and exit, including checks on personnel, clothing, bags, and personal belongings.
• The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:
• Weapons, sharp objects, explosives, toxic or flammable materials
• Radioactive materials, narcotic drugs, and psychotropic substances
• Any items that may affect the order of the event or pose a security risk
• If the authenticity or validity of the ticket is in doubt (including damaged tickets or tickets purchased through unauthorized channels), the organizer has the right to refuse entry to the ticket holder.
• Tickets may not be resold, resold at a higher price, or used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, competitions, and commercial activities, unless prior written consent is obtained from the organizer or ticketing agent. Tickets for violations may be cancelled without refund, and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
• The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or require the removal of any person who violates venue regulations, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the event's order.
• The organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, cancel, or reschedule the event or seating arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with current guidelines, without prior notice.
• Attendees are advised to wear masks during the event to maintain a healthy environment.
• For any problems encountered on the day of the event, please contact on-site staff or go to the ticket office for assistance.
• Other applicable ticketing and event terms and conditions remain in effect. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. * In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
