1.⁠ ⁠Ticketing Rules

• ⁠KlookCash and promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event.
• ⁠Maximum of 6 tickets/packages per order. A platform fee of HK$78 per ticket applies.
• Please check the email address carefully when placing an order. No changes are allowed after the order is confirmed. Klook is not responsible for any ticket sending problems or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect email addresses.
• ⁠Seats are limited and allocated by system on best available seats basis. If you wish to get adjacent seating for tickets, please place the order in one go and tick “Adjacent seats” during purchase. Please check the seat number arrangement carefully before payment.
• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the seating, number of seats and the number of seats. If there is any change, no further notice will be given.
• The event content and promotional pictures are provided by the organizer for reference only and might be subject to change without further notice.
• The actual tournament teams will be decided and announced by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and might be subject to change without further notice; the tournament actual lineup will be decided and announced by the participating teams and might be subject to change without further notice. Once the order is confirmed, the tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
• HK$78 platform handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Electronic Tickets

• "2025/26 Saudi Arabia Super Cup | Hong Kong, China" event sales via Klook will use QR CODE electronic tickets, and physical tickets will not be exchanged.
• Please keep the QR Code electronic tickets carefully. If there is any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use, the organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace the tickets, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud or unauthorized use. In the event of any dispute, the records of the organizer and Klook shall prevail, and the organizer has the final decision.
• The organizer and Klook have the right to ask you to show the Klook App to verify the ticket record.
• All tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any other channels other than Klook.
• Each ticket is for one person only. A valid ticket must be held upon entry. Children under 3 years old can enter for free if they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above and do not occupy an additional seat.

3.⁠ ⁠Terms and Conditions of Package Coupon

• Redemption Coupon of Häagen-Dazs™ eVoucher, Cupping Room E-Voucher or Ocean Park Ticket will be delivered to the “Promo Code” page under Klook user's account upon successful purchase and booking confirmation. Users can find the coupon at Klook Promo Codes website.

• Booking Confirmation email or coupon(s) cannot be used directly as redeeming Häagen-Dazs™ desserts/Cupping Room Coffee or entering Hong Kong Ocean Park. Users must redeem the Product Voucher codes on the designated webpage during 12:00nn 24 July, 2025 to 11:59pm 31 August, 2025. Late redemption will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
• Coupon(s) is/are non-transferable and only valid for the purchasing account.
• The coupon can only be redeemed and used once for selected product package on Klook platform. To avail the discount, please successfully apply the designated coupon on the payment page.
• No refund / cancellation policy applies to the products redeemed.
• Please contact Klook Customer Service if you have not received the product redemption coupon within three working days after order confirmation.

• Klook will not be responsible for and is not obligated to refund any unredeemed vouchers or unused cash vouchers that have expired.

4.⁠ ⁠Others

• Water bottles, long umbrellas, ⁠professional photography and video equipment is strictly prohibited in the venue. Video or audio recording of this performance is strictly prohibited. All copyrights of this show belong to the organizer. Any video clips uploaded from personal mobile phones cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of Hong Kong Stadium.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App, including all content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the Klook App on an "as is" and “as available” basis solely for your personal use without any representation or endorsement.
• Klook shall not be held responsible for any circumstances resulting from any Force Majeure Event, or the illness, accident, injury, mental or physical disability or death of the participants participating in the Event or the participants’s immediate family member, or other cause not reasonably within the control of any of the parties. In the event that the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for whatever reason, whether the ticket(s) and/or bundle package(s) can be cancelled or postponed shall be subject to the sole discretion of Organizer. All decisions on the Event, including if a Force Majeure Event occurs, shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and all decisions taken shall be final.
• If you engage in any activity which Klook deems improper in its sole discretion, such as fraudulent or malicious bookings or taking advantage of software or system vulnerabilities during the sale period, Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you.
• Klook reserves the sole right to amend and/or alter these General Terms & Conditions at any time.
• By purchasing tickets/package, you accept and agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions of the Event and tickets and Klook’s General Terms of Use. You are strongly advised to review such terms and conditions prior to purchase.
